Terms of Contract Kas-Antalya Hadrian Hotel
Dear Hotel Guest, The following terms regulate your contractual relations with the hotel:

Application and travel approval
Following your travel approval, you will be deemed to have made an obligatory travel contract with your travel operator. When the travel operator approves your travel reservation and fee in written form, this travel contract shall become binding for the travel operator.

Services and fees
Detailed information regarding services and fees can be found in the travel approval document.

Transfer and flights
Hadrian Hotel acts only as a mediator for the airport transfers in Turkey and the flight travels. Payments are made directly to the travel operator.

In case of any dispute, the courts at Kaş - Antalya will have exclusive jurisdiction.
